Argentum Water is a perishable product. For this reason, we do not accept general returns and do not issue refunds. We provide replacements only in the limited cases described below.

- Product arrived damaged during delivery
- Incorrect product delivered

- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Evidence
- Please provide photo/video of the package and product.
Resolution
- Replacement only (no refunds).
- We will confirm the replacement route and delivery window by email.
