Argentum Water is a perishable product. For this reason, we do not accept general returns and do not issue refunds. We provide replacements only in the limited cases described below.

Eligible cases (replacement only)

  • Product arrived damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect product delivered

Notification window

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Evidence

  • Please provide photo/video of the package and product.

Resolution

  • Replacement only (no refunds).
  • We will confirm the replacement route and delivery window by email.
